Terms of Use

Welcome to TrackedTasks. These Terms of Use govern your use of the TrackedTasks iOS application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

TrackedTasks is a task tracker designed to help you keep track of one-time and recurring tasks, reminders, completed events, and insights over time.

The App allows you to:

• Create and manage one-time or recurring tasks.
• Complete, archive, or delete tasks.
• Filter tasks by status.
• Review insights based on completed tasks over time.
• Add, edit, or remove completed events from a task.

We may update, modify, add, or remove features from the App over time.

2. Your Data and Privacy

We do not require your name, email address, or other personal information to use the App.

The tasks and other information you enter into TrackedTasks are stored locally on your device and, when applicable, in your personal iCloud data.

We do not have access to your tasks or the information you enter into the App.

The App may collect limited aggregate and anonymous technical information about your device and how the App is used, such as the App version and operating system version. This information is used solely to improve the App and is not shared with third parties.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the information you enter into the App and for how you use the reminders, task schedules, and insights provided by the App.

TrackedTasks is intended as a personal productivity and record-keeping tool. You should not rely solely on the App for activities where a missed reminder or task could result in personal injury, financial loss, or other serious consequences.

4. Data and iCloud

If you use iCloud synchronization, your data is stored and managed through Apple’s iCloud services and is subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

We are not responsible for data loss, synchronization issues, service interruptions, or other problems caused by your device, iCloud, or other third-party services.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple ID and your devices.

5. In-App Purchases

TrackedTasks may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, or one-time purchases.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.

You can manage or cancel eligible subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

6. License and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use TrackedTasks on Apple devices that you own or control.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the App’s source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
• Circumvent any purchase, subscription, or access controls.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices associated with the App.

7. Disclaimer

TrackedTasks is provided “as is” and “as available.”

While we strive to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

You are responsible for reviewing and managing your own tasks, reminders, and information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, missed tasks, missed reminders, loss of data, or other consequences related to the use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of TrackedTasks after updated Terms become available constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Termination

You may stop using TrackedTasks at any time by deleting the App from your device.

You may also delete your locally stored data and, where applicable, remove the App’s data from your iCloud storage through your device’s iCloud settings.
